John Grey (died 1777) : ウィキペディア英語版 | John Grey (politician, died 1777) John Grey (''c.''1724 – 25 February 1777) was a British politician, the younger son of Harry Grey, 3rd Earl of Stamford. He was the Clerk of the Green Cloth from 1754 until his death, and at the 1754 general election he was elected unopposed 〔''The Parliaments of England'' by Henry Stooks Smith (1st edition published in three volumes 1844–50), second edition edited (in one volume) by F. W. S. Craig (Political Reference Publications 1973), p.272〕 as one of the two Members of Parliament (MPs) for Bridgnorth in Shropshire.
